Welcome To Rhuddlan History Society
Rhuddlan Local History Society was founded in 2008, it is managed by a small committee who meet monthly, and are elected for a three year term.
The society holds regular lecture meetings, welcoming speakers who talk on a wide range of subjects usually with an historical theme, and usually with a North Wales connection. Annual Membership of the society is currently £12
In addition to lecture meetings the society undertakes various projects; these include the production of a calendar, and the school project with Ysgol y Castell.
Are you inquisitive about your family history, or want to know more about a piece of local history? Our researcher can undertake basic research for an initial minimum donation of £20.
In addition to this website, also keep an eye out for more information on forthcoming events on our Facebook page.
If the answer is not on the website, you can contact the society by email using our email address
We hold an excellent collection of Rhuddlan photographs; however, we are always keen to hear from anyone who might have a personal collection that they would possibly share with us.
